Of Breton origin and trained as an Architecture-Graphic Designer in Paris, Virginie studied at Philippe-Marc Jocteur in Lyon and decided on a complete retraining in Barcelona in 2010.

The Cheffe's cuisine is characterized by the simplicity that makes a raw product exceptional on the plate. Respect for seasonality and the origin of the products are two essential criteria for Virginie.
POC A POTS
In 2017, she created Poc a Pots to meet a demand for buffets and homemade dishes, with quality products (organic as much as possible) respecting her ecological values and with a French touch, even an international opening.
WHY POC A POTS?
It's a pun in Catalan that explains that "little by little" ("poc a poc") we learn to consume more ecologically, in "pots".
