Three moments, three formats
A corporate breakfast is not planned like a coffee break, and a three-hour meeting is not fed like a thirty-minute welcome. We always start from the time of day and the duration before talking about the menu.
- The welcome breakfast (8 a.m. – 9.30 a.m.) — the one that opens a seminar, a training session, a board meeting or an onboarding day. Mostly sweet, with savoury for those who skipped breakfast, fresh fruit, and enough to hold until lunch.
- The mid-morning coffee break (10.30 a.m. – 11.30 a.m.) — short, standing, between two sessions. A light format: small bites, fruit, only one hand busy. It is the most requested format on training days and on trade show stands.
- The long-meeting brunch (10 a.m. – 1 p.m.) — when the meeting eats into lunch and nobody wants to go out. Sweet and savoury in equal parts, with more substantial bites.
What we put on the table
Everything is made the same day in our Barcelona kitchens, by a French chef. The breakfast is built from the catalogue, with no imposed formula.
The French sweet side — mini pastries, financiers, cannelés de Bordeaux, mini tarte tropézienne, plain brioche or chocolate and cinnamon brioche. This is the part that separates us from a supermarket platter, and the one your visitors notice.
The fresh side — seasonal fruit salad, mini exotic fruit salads, fruit skewers. Essential as soon as part of the room does not eat sweet.
The savoury side — pan con tomate ibérico, mini quiches lorraines, savoury brioches served warm. That is what turns a breakfast into a real meal when the day starts early.

Coffee and drinks
Most Barcelona offices already have their machine, and it would be absurd to invoice you one more thermos. Tell us what you already have on site: we work out in the quote what is left to bring — coffee, tea, juice, water — rather than selling you a ready-made pack, half of which ends up in a cupboard.

Why September is the right moment
Between early September and mid-December sit most of the internal moments of the year: return from holidays, arrival of new joiners, season kick-off, training sessions, board meetings, Fira trade shows, then the year-end parties. Breakfast is the cheapest format to reopen the door: it costs a fraction of a seated lunch, it does not eat half a day, and it brings people back to the office without anyone having to ask.
It is also the format that repeats: a monthly team breakfast is set once for the whole season, with the same slots and the same delivery point. If that is your case, say so in the quote — we work on the whole season rather than one order at a time.
And if the day goes on

Do you need someone on site to serve?
No. Everything arrives ready to serve: you set it on the table and it is done. If you want table service, a pantry or equipment, that is quoted separately.
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes, across the whole catalogue. State in the quote how many people are concerned: we would rather lay out a clearly identified platter than mix everything and hope.
Can we set up a recurring breakfast at the office?
Yes. Many teams set a monthly or fortnightly slot for the whole season. One brief, one delivery slot, and the menu rotates so it never gets boring.
Do you cater breakfasts on trade show stands?

Can you invoice a French company?
Yes. The service is delivered in Spain and we invoice under the reverse charge mechanism to European companies holding a valid intra-Community VAT number, checked via VIES. Invoices in French, Spanish or English.
