Orders & quotes
How far in advance should I place my order?
48 hours for standard buffet options (cocktail, corporate lunch). 5 days for bespoke menus. 2 weeks for events over 50 guests. For urgent requests, contact us on WhatsApp — we often find a solution even at 48 h notice.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
Within 24 business hours. For complex requests (large events, bespoke menus, pre-tastings), allow 48 hours.
What is the minimum order?
Buffet options: 6 guests (cocktail), 8 guests (breakfast), 10 guests (corporate lunch). On-site service: from 15 guests.
Can we arrange a tasting before booking?
Yes, for events > 30 people. Tasting in our Barcelona kitchen, by appointment. Tasting complimentary upon order confirmation.
Menus & options
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or halal options?
Yes, across every menu. Just let us know your guests' dietary requirements when you request a quote. Our Gourmet Vegetarian Buffet (€32 excl. VAT/person) is 100 % vegetarian and easily adapts to vegan.
Are your ingredients organic?
Yes, whenever possible: fruit and vegetables from certified-organic Catalan growers, French and Spanish meats from short supply chains, and natural wines through our partnership with Human Vins.
Can I customise the menu?
Yes. Our menus are starting points, not rigid templates. Tell us your budget, guest count and preferences — we'll build the menu together.
Delivery & coverage area
Where do you deliver?
Barcelona and its surroundings: 22@, Poblenou, Eixample, Gràcia, Sarrià, Les Corts, Sant Cugat, Sitges, Castelldefels. We also deliver to the marinas for yachts (Port Vell, Port Olímpic, Marina Vela, Port Forum) and to Fira Barcelona (Gran Via and Montjuïc).
Is delivery free?
Yes, from €60 excl. VAT within the Barcelona area. Beyond that, an extra charge applies — detailed in your quote.
Do you deliver to Fira Barcelona?
Yes — it's one of our regular coverage areas. Both Fira Gran Via and Montjuïc are included. Please give us 1 to 2 weeks' notice so we can plan access logistics properly.
Payment & invoicing
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (online on our shop), SEPA bank transfer, and invoice billing for approved corporate accounts. For large events: 40 % deposit on signing, balance 48 hours before the event.
Do you invoice with VAT or net of tax?
Both. Spanish VAT by default (10 % catering / 21 % service). Intra-community invoicing available for European companies with a valid VAT number (checked via VIES).
Can you issue invoices in French or English?
Yes — we issue invoices in French, Spanish or English, depending on your needs.
Service, equipment & staff
Do you provide an on-site service team?
Yes: waiters, maître d', kitchen porter, sommelier. French- and Spanish-speaking team. Rates on request, based on duration and guest count.
Do you supply equipment (crockery, glasses, linens)?
Yes — rental is included in the quote for events with service. Crockery, glassware, linens, chafing dishes, and light furniture.
Can I book a private chef for a dinner at home?
Yes — it's one of our specialities. See our Private Chef at Home service (apartment, villa or yacht, 6 to 12 guests).
Cancellation & contingencies
What are your cancellation terms?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the event. Between 7 and 3 days: 30 % of the quote is charged. Less than 48 hours: 70 % charged. In case of force majeure, we find a solution on a case-by-case basis.
What happens if bad weather disrupts an outdoor event?
We always plan a backup with you when quoting (marquee, shelter, rescheduling, indoor delivery). No surprises on the day.
